How Does the Investment Work?

Your investment, represented by a preferred share in our company is pooled with funds from other investors into a variety of mortgages that are secured by real estate.

Every quarter, the profits from the interest payments received from the mortgage pool are distributed to you, (or your RSP/RIF) on a pro rated basis based on your investment.
